Refunds

## Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are available only for valid reasons like withdrawal before course start, duplicate payments, or technical errors in online transactions. Non-refundable components include registration fees (₹500–₹1,000), examination fees, and processing charges. Requests must be submitted within 15 days of payment or withdrawal notice.

## Refund Percentages
- Full tuition refund (minus ₹5000 admin fee) if withdrawn before academic session starts. - No refund after the start of the session. - 100% for proven duplicate payments, processed within 7–10 working days.

## Request Procedure
Submit a written application to shivajioffice@gmail.com and to the Principal, with payment receipt, student ID, bank details, and reason. Approval takes 5–7 days; refunds occur via original payment method (NEFT/UPI). Track status via student portal.

## Key Exclusions
No refunds for voluntary withdrawals after 30 days, late applications, or fraud cases. Institution reserves rights to verify claims per AICTE and BTEUP guidelines.
